Description

Recreational lacrosse program serving youth in West Linn in grades 1 through 8 for the 2026 school year. Practices occur twice a week beginning in late February/Early March with games weekly on Saturdays beginning in April and running through May.

Teams are based on grade bands with a team for our 1st/2nd grade youth, 3rd/4th grade youth, 5th/ 6th grade youth and 7th/8th grade youth. No experience is necessary at any of the grade levels. All players, new or returning are welcome.

Many returning players will notice an increase in fees for this season of lacrosse. Please be aware that WLWV school district continue to increase the field rental fees that all youth programs pay quite significantly. WLYGL is committed to creating a good experience and part of that is playing and practicing on turf.

We desire all youth who want to play lacrosse to be able to access this sport. If cost is preventing you from registering your player, please reach out to wlgylboard@gmail.com to discuss scholarships.
